If something's wrong

If your box arrives warm, damaged, or short an item, email us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it. No arguing about it.

Returns

For food-safety reasons we can't accept returns of beef that has left our cold chain. That's exactly why the guarantee above exists instead.

Cancellations

You can change or cancel an order any time before it's cut. Once it's on the block, it's yours.
