How it ships

Everything is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen at peak, then packed into an insulated box with gel ice packs. It's built to stay cold through the whole trip.

If something's wrong

If your box arrives warm, damaged, or short an item, email us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it. No arguing about it.

Cancellations

You can change or cancel an order any time before it's cut. Once it's on the block, it's yours.
